Specific Slide Types

35 mm Slide

Photo Film size:
24 mm x 36 mm

35 mm image slides are most common slide reversal film type. Look for the horizontal rectangle size picture opening on the slide mount.

Half 35 mm Slide

Photo Film size:
18 mm x 24 mm

Half 35 mm image slides; "Half-Frame" slide reversal film types allowed 2x exposures per film roll. Refer to the above horizontal rectangle size.

126 Slide

Photo Film size:
28 mm x 28 mm

126 slide reversal film is often confused with 127 "Superslide" format. Refer to the measurements above for this 126 slide photo type.

110 Slide

Photo Film size:
13 mm x 17 mm

110 slide pictures have a considerably small reversal film size compared to the standard 35 mm and take twice as long to scan to retain quality.

Slide film order customers continue to tell us about the poor results and service they had elsewhere. Wrong side flipped image scans, fast work leading to lower quality scans, to slides still being video recorded in an early 2000's format are a few examples. Transfer services typically use a speed-based and fast flatbed scanner which scans multiple slides at once and leads to lower quality results for your slide photo transfer. Peel Productions digitize slide photos for modern viewing using a specialized slide-by-slide high resolution individual tray scanner which produces better quality results that focus on each image. Peel Productions: Slide Photo Transfer London, Ontario is a premium reversal film slide picture scanning service. The experienced choice; providing high quality results with an excellent reputation in London, Ontario since 1987.

Slide Transfer Results

Over the years at Peel Productions: Slide Photo Transfer London, Ontario, we've seen many old picture slides come in with reversal slide film that's been damaged over time.
